The Best Methods To Spiritually Cleanse Your Hourse

House Cleansing Guide

Cleansing can be a complicated subject, so I’ve compiled an easy to use list of ways and methods to give your house a good cleansing. If you sign up here, you can get a FREE checklist to check off when you do your monthly/weekly cleansings. How to Cleanse

Cleansing should always begin with cleaning. Since cleansing is a cleaning of the spirit, it makes little sense to cleanse a physical dirty place. If you have good protections in place, and use a few herbs or incense when you clean, that is often all you need to do for most of the year.

Where you go in and out, so do spirits and energy. Make sure your doorways are clean, well maintained and unobstructed. Obstructions in the thresholds can prevent the free movement of energy, resulting in stagnating energy in the room or household.

Again, where there is a space, there go spirits and energy. Your window should also be clean, well maintained, and unobstructed. Open them regularly to let fresh energy and fresh air in.

You can use a simple window wash to give it not only a really nice streak free shine, but also lends in protective qualities.

Simply make a mix of four parts warm water to one part malt vinegar, and wash the window. Use a dry cloth to immediately dry it and a second drier cloth to buff.

Spirits can often come through mirrors. I often cover my mirrors, or lay them flat when they aren’t in use, just to prevent anything coming through.

I also wipe them over with a mix of water and a few drops of an essential oil like lavender
or rosemary, or a touch of the vinegar window wash.

If this is impractical, you can also use a sigil. If you don’t want it to show, write it on with blessed water or oil. You can create a sigil, or use a pentacle or protective rune.

You can also do this with your windows, too!

Floors and Walls

If your floor and wall surface allows it, you can mix protective herbs and essential oils into your water and wash with it. Check manufacturer’s’ instructions first!

Good herbs/oils to use are lavender, rosemarygrapefruit or bergamot

Smoke and Air

You can burn herbal sticks like sage, lavender or rosemary to cleanse the air. Incense and scented candles work as well.

If you can’t have smoke, because of allergies, you can use something like a fan to stimulate the air. A feather fan is best, but I’ve had great results using a Victorian style fabric one.

In a pinch, you can also turn your broom upside down and use that, and in a real pinch I have used a (clean!) T Shirt to stimulate the air.

If you can’t have smoke because you’re living in rented accommodation or similar reasons, you can use a spray bottle containing water and a few drops of essential oils.

You can literally sweep the bad energy with a broom! You can use the same modern broom you’d use for sweeping, or you can buy a special ritual one. Obviously, one built with protective herbs and woods will be better, but you can get more than decent results with a plastic one.

I use an old Hallowe’en one that I’ve decorated. I’m cheap like that.

Black Salt and Eggs

Black Salt and eggs work in the same way. They are both energetic ‘vacuum cleaners’. They suck up all the negative energy in an area and store it. You can leave each of them for up to a week or if they feel or smell ‘off’ you need to dispose of them immediately.

Both of them are kinda big job cleansers – unless there’s a serious imbalance or a spirit incident somewhere, you shouldn’t need to use these more than three or four times a year.

For that reason, I sell small and larger bottles of Black Salt in my shop. Buying in bulk gets you a better deal, as always. 🙂

Sound is a wonderful cleanser. Simply by clapping in an area you can dispel negative energies.

Singing is another great way, but if you have a bell or a singing bowl that’s good as well.

Bells are especially good for banishing spirits and curses, you can see more about that in this post here.

Each time you cleanse a space, it’s a good time to cleanse the crystals within in, too. That way you don’t forget!

Crystals that are good for cleansing spaces or dispelling negative energies are black tourmaline, quartz, amethyst and jade.

Salt Lamps

Salt lamps are a cool way to have your space cleansed on autopilot. However, there’s a trick to doing it that most people don’t realise.

Salt sucks in ALL types of energies. This is why Black Salt has a particular mixture and recipe, so that it only sucks and holds negative energies.  Pure salt as in a salt lamp or tealight holder, will suck in everything. This is why they are great for bedrooms; they are naturally so calming and relaxing.

However, in a working room or an altar, that can reduce your concentration, energy or the power of your spells. So, you want to program the salt lamp to hold only negative or unwanted energies, and release them to you at a later date.

You do that with sigils.

Create a sigil in your usual fashion, stating that you wish the lamp to suck in and hold negative energies, transmuting them into positive or useful energies, and then release them to you only when asked.

Draw it on the bottom on the lamp. I drew mine on with lip liner so it didn’t damage or stain the lamp. Charge your sigil, and you’re on your way to a near permanently cleansed space.

This all a bit too much for you? Don’t worry, you can build up your cleansing practice as you go. Figure out what works for you first. If you’d like to try mine out, if you sign up here you get access to a rewards page where you can download a free checklist of the above exercises.

Grateful For the Dark

grateful-for-the-darkGrateful for the Dark – Using Shadow Energy

The dark is given a bad rap in today’s society. We’re so afraid of all it seems to represent – death, sleep, mystery, even rest. Today’s world is 24/7, and has no respect for endarkenment. No time to stop, no time to see, no time to think. Here are ten ways you can increase the power of the dark in your life – and why you should.

Are you tired (pun firmly intended) of hearing everyone and their mother banging on about how essential sleep is yet? Well, tough. Sleep is so undervalued, and yet is essential to our life. You’ll die from lack of sleep faster than you will from lack of food. Not getting at least eight hours is causing havoc to your health, in ways you’re not even aware of. Sleep aids cognition, digestion, stress levels, weight loss, emotional strength, muscle growth and much more.

If you aren’t dreaming, that’s an issue. I mean, everyone forgets dreams, but if you aren’t having even the flicker of an idea of one as you wake up, something’s not right. The quality of your sleep matters as much, if not more, than the length. Dreams are the mind’s way of talking to itself, shuffling through recent events, making sense of them and then filing them away. If that process is patchy or interrupted, your daily life can be deeply affected. Make sure you’re neither too hot or too cold, and try to minimize the noise that you can hear from your bed. Thicker curtains can help more than you think!

Rest doesn’t equal sleep. You need both in your life. Rest is different for most people – snuggling up to a story told on the big screen is just as good for you as reading it. There are as many mindless and vapid books as there are TV shows, they’re just a little harder to get hold of. Evaluate the quality of your rest – are you actually able to switch off from your problems and enjoy calming hobbies, like reading or listening to music? Are you falling asleep the moment your bum hits the sofa, or are you still thinking about work? If you’re finding it hard to rest, there’s a problem in your life that you need to fix. Less work and more sleep never hurt anybody.

At least once a month, make time for yourself to go outside and look up at the night’s sky. If you’re lucky enough to live places with less light pollution, feel free to do it as often as you can. That feeling that you get when you look up at the night’s sky? That’s vital to life. It’s part of being human. Cultivate that feeling as often as you can. Go to museums. Watch documentaries. Stand in nature and simply watch and listen.

Fear is another essential, and overlooked feeling in modern life. Stress, or fear is supposed to be short lived feeling – a spurt of powerful chemicals over a short period of time. It becomes toxic when you can’t relax, and you are constantly on alert – that’s stress. We become so stressed trying to avoid fear – fear of failing, fear of embarrassment, fear of poverty – that we forget that fear is good for us. Do something that frightens you as often as you can. Ride rollercoasters. Watch horror movies. Try a new sport. Whatever gives you an enjoyable blast of fear once in awhile, but leaves you feeling safe. I love rollercoasters, and live horror shows, but horror films frighten me too much and leave me anxious. Whatever works for you.

Humans are curious, and love mysteries. It’s why social media is so popular – we want to know everything about everyone. But, it’s good to leave your life mysterious. You shouldn’t give everything of yourself to anyone, never mind everyone. And I think we all agree that airing your dirty laundry online is not the thing to do.

Don’t try and fit yourself into a box. You are what you are – magical and mysterious. And the flip side of mystery, is going and finding it. Try new things. Solve puzzles. Research topics that fascinate you. Stay curious.

Dumbledore was wrong. Standing up to your friends is not the bravest or the hardest thing to do. Standing up to yourself is. One of the reasons we don’t stop to think today is that we’re frightened of what we might say to ourselves. Mental illness is rising faster than we can cope, and avoiding the dark is seriously unhelpful. Facing up to yourself and seeing yourself without rose-tinted spectacles or the comfy sweater of negative self talk is difficult.

But it’s necessary.

Humans are primates, not horses. We live in troupes or families, not packs or herds. We need time alone. Truly alone – Facebook actually counts as social interaction, don’t listen to anyone that says otherwise. We need time with ourselves, to cultivate our own interests, our own thoughts, our own feelings – and to rest, without fear of judgement and interruption.

All things have their time. Have you ever sat in the dark and watched the stars rise and set? Watched a fledgling learn to fly? Literally watched the grass grow? In the time of on-demand food and entertainment, it’s easy to forget that the world doesn’t work like that. Things take time. Learning new skills takes time. Becoming healthy takes time. Growing takes time.

Plans time take to plan, implement and execute. Learning to be patient, learning to know when to wait and when to go is a forgotten skill.

Do you know what you are when you have all these things in your life? Powerful. Strong. And if you don’t believe me, think about why corporations and Governments are taking these things from us. They are trying to instill a phobia of the dark in us, to prevent us from stepping into our power.

But they won’t win. Because they’ve already underestimated us. They’ve underestimated you. Your life is in your hands, not theirs. Step into the dark, and be reborn. Take your power back.

Waning Moon Bad Habit Remover Spell

waning moon bad habit remover spellWaning Moon Bad Habit Remover Spell

The time of the waning moon, when she is shrinking, is the perfect time to remove something from your life. This Waning Moon Bad Habit Remover spell is SUPER EASY.

For this spell, you’ll need:

  • A candle
  • A sharp object, like a inkless biro, a pin or a candle carvers
  • Matches or lighter

Step One

Write down the habit you wish to break on the candle. Phrase it like this:

‘I no longer x’

So, if I wanted to stop drinking pop (soda), I’d write:

‘I no longer drink soda.’

Step Two

Light the candle. The spell will start to take effect once the candle has finished burning, so choosing the smallest candle you can write on is beneficial. You can relight the candle every day on the waning moon, if your candle won’t spend in one night. Be sure to finish the spell before the Dark Moon!

Yep, it’s that simple. You can light incense or burn oils if you like, but you don’t have to. This is a great spell to try if you’ve never cast a spell before! However, it’s also powerful in its simplicity and still suitable for use when you progress onwards. Why overcomplicate things?

Moon Magic Course Review – Living by the Moon by Heart of the Forest

moon magicLiving By the Moon – Moon Magic Course Review

Moon magic is a great but sadly overlooked area of witchcraft. Like most astrology based magic, it’s got a reputation for being hard to use, or difficult to remember.

At least, that’s why I’ve never looked to deeply into it, beyond working with a Full Moon or Supermoon.

Heart of the Forest is a great online school run by Serena White. It’s got courses on all kinds of things, including chakras, meditation and essential oils. Some of her great lessons are free of charge, and the rest are super good value for money.

Serena recently let me take her Living by the Moon course for free, and I loved it. When I finished it I decided to look at the usual price, because I’m nosy like that. My jaw hit the floor when I saw it.

I would have happily paid $7 for the beautiful Moon Journal download alone! The also course has great information, exercises and meditations.

Serena really knows what she’s talking about when it comes to Moon Magic, and her lessons are short and to the point with no waffle.

Moon Magic can be a really tricksy thing to get hold of, but with this course, I found it really easy. Everything is broken down into easy to understand steps and concepts. It’s a self-paced course, and you can go as slowly or as quickly as you like. There’s no waffle, only solid information.

Serena also gives you tips and advice on how to really live by the Moon, including non-magical activities like gardening.

It’s a great course, and at $7, you really can’t go wrong!

What Is Crystal Healing?

crystal healing

What Is Crystal Healing?

Crystal Healing or Therapy is, put simply, creating a physical change in the body by using crystals/minerals/gems/sparkly stones.

Crystal Healing has been around since the year dot, probably ever since a human found a shiny thing and carried it around, gaining a particular effects as they did so.

The limits of crystal healing are being pushed and explored constantly. You can also, of course, use crystal to do magic with, but that’s a topic for later.

How to Use Crystals

  • Meditative

The first step to working with any crystal. Simply sitting with the stone and asking a particular thing of it is the simplest, clearest and easiest form of crystal healing. This is sometimes called ‘programming’ a stone, but to be more correct you’re actually asking a favour of it. Crystals are a higher life form than us, so thinking you can tell it to do something it doesn’t do is a fool’s errand.

Sitting and ‘talking’ to the crystal is also the next step up from working solely with books. Books are a great starting point, especially for identifying crystals, but every crystal is different, even ones of the same type. Let the crystal tell you what it does.

When you work with more than one crystal, let the crystals tell you if they are going to play nicely or not. Some cancel each other out, some pollute the purpose, and some overpower each other.

Once you’ve selected a crystal to work with, you can either lay it over the afflicted area, or utilize some form of energy centers or energy line system, like chakras or reflexology. You can also dowse for the right spot to lay it using a pendulum. I’ll post of video of how you can do that at a later date.

  • Directing Energy

Everything in the world has and emits a thing we’ll call ‘energy’ for simplicity’s sake. It’s not precise to label an energy as good or bad – bad to who? But there are times where the energy of a thing or a place isn’t the kind of energy you’d like to cultivate.

You can use crystals and crystal grids to redirect and change the energy of the space, including helping the Earth to heal. Energetic problems can range from angry spirits, to geopathic stress, to pollution, to miasma, to a ton of other things. We’ll cover this more deeply in a later post.

  • Jewelry

Jewelry is a great way to utilize crystal healing. You can get many, many, beautiful jewelry items containing all sorts of crystals which you can wear when you need to healing, but can’t sit down for a healing session, or have a chronic condition which would benefit for more intensive use of crystals.

  • Crystal Grids

We’ll cover crystal grids in more detail in another post, as whole books have been written on the subject.

Basically, arranging crystals in certain formations amplifies and blends their power, creating more powerful and complex effects.

  • Distance Healing

You can use crystals on a poppet or other representation of a person to effect healing from a distance. If you’re interested in distance healing, please check out my distance healing services.

Mars Retrograde – 10 Lessons to Help You Cope

Mars Retrograde

So what is Mars Retrograde?

A planet goes into retrograde when it appears to slow in the night sky, stop, and then go backwards. It isn’t actually going backwards in the astronomical sense; it just looks like that because of the particular way Earth is placed in relation to whichever planet.  In this case, Mars Retrograde.

Astrologically, the most basic explanation is that anything that Mars governs will slow down, stop and go backwards also. Anyone governed by a sign that Mars rules (i.e Scorpio) will feel the effects most, anyone with Scorpio or Sagittarius well represented in their birth chart and anyone who has their Mars in Scorpio (i.e, me) will also get the shorter end of the stick.

However, whenever any planet goes retrograde, you actually benefit from it if you stop fighting the energy. You need to tap into the energy and learn the lessons available to you. Are those the fun lessons where the teacher wheels in the TV and you watch a film?

Probably not.

So, Mars Retrograde in particular?

Mars is a planet of fire, so governs fiery stuff, but in the specifics it governs:

  • -fighting
  • -anger
  • -drive (which is different than ambition)
  • -motivation
  • – energy in general
  • -sexual matters

So, during Retrograde these all get turned on their head. As the theatre proverb goes, if it can go wrong, it will. Which is why during Retrogrades people say you should avoid certain situations and essentially hide in a hole. Which is tempting, but not useful. Especially with the nearer planets (Mercury, Venus, Mars) since they govern things which take up probably 70% of our day to day lives.

You can’t avoid anger. Except, you probably are, which is why you are currently so irrationally pissed off at everything. You’ve got to constantly be on the go and working, else you’d fail at your goals. Except, you can’t do that, which is why you’re so sleepy and sluggish.

You can’t avoid life; just like you can’t not put on the play. You need to find ways of working with the energy, not against it. Mars Retrograde can be an exceptionally healing time if you do it right.

Read on for ten lessons Mars Retrograde can teach you.

Mars Retrograde lasts from 17th April 2016 until approximately 29th June 2016.

Ten Lessons Mars Retrograde Can Teach You (and Advice On How to Do Your Homework)

1.Don’t work for the sake of work.

Advice:  You can probably stop doing around 80% of your job. No, don’t click away. I’m serious. It’s called Pareto’s Principle, and basically 80% of any success comes from 20% of any work. Pareto noticed that with his peapods, 80% of peas came from 20% of the peapods. Find out what your 80% of crap is, and stop doing it.

Hint: if you’re self-employed, it’s probably something around social media. Drop the follow me/like me games unless you’re literally at like less than ten followers, stop following huge amounts of people to get them to follow you, stop deleting your Pins on Pinterest, etc etc.

Unless you are really seeing a benefit from something, STOP. You will feel real resistance from yourself when you do this. This is because we are conditioned to work; and to feel bad when we are not. However, work for work’s sake helps literally no one. Not even your employer, if you have one.

You don’t need to work harder, you need to work smarter. I’ve halved my hours of work and more than doubled the results in terms of sales, when I approached my working life in this way.

If you would like to learn more about this, read Tim Ferris’s: The 4-Hour Work Week.

2. Learn why you are working for the sake of it.

It’s easy for me to say that we are conditioned to work, but each of us probably has a slightly different reason why we’ve fallen into the trap. For me, it’s guilt and envy.

I feel guilty that I’m sat on the couch whilst other people have to work 12 hour shifts. Which is silly, because me doing more work won’t make their lives any easier.

I also feel envious, and this is one of these irrational impulses you’ll find about yourself during Mars Retrograde. I feel envious of career people doing career things, having enough clients and work to be working 18 hours a day, doing this, doing that, having work lunches at fancy café with fancy suits.

You have to ask yourself is that what you really want? Do I really want to be working 18 hours a day? No. No I don’t. I want a business that sustains me …and I do want to eat at fancy cafes.

But neither of those things means I have to work daft hours.

Get off the damn treadmill, and since you’re looking for something to fill that time, find out precisely why you were on it in the first place. This will help keep you off it.

3. That thing you’re avoiding? Either do it or don’t.

Do you know how long I’ve procrastinated on one simple email? FOUR MONTHS. And the thing is, it’s not just that one email that didn’t get done. It was a whole bunch of other stuff that needed my concentration, and since I couldn’t concentrate because of that damn email, they didn’t get done either. I ended up either spending way too much time on online games trying to ignore the approaching brainweasels,* or I did a lot of work for work’s sake to try and convince myself I had Done Work.

So what happened, then, when I sent this disastrous email?

Nothing. In fact, better than nothing. I got sympathy and understanding for having to cancel due to real life issues.

What a waste of time and energy.

On the other hand, sometimes it’s best to accept that you never will put up those shelves in the garage/use that gift card/write that play. Strike it from your To-Do list forever and stop feeling guilty about it.

(*Negative thoughts that can consume you. It’s like you have a brain full of angry weasels. Brainweasels. It’s a thing, okay?)

4. That stuff you’re doing for ‘exposure’?

Are you actually getting exposure? Is it the sort of exposure that’s bringing you paid work? Is it bringing you the sort of clients that you actually want to work with? No? Then stop doing it. If you must work for free to build a portfolio, do it on your own terms, on your own websites, accounts and publications. You control the content, spend more time doing projects you enjoy, spend less time running after someone else, and you could probably monetize your free content to some extent as well. You don’t have endless amounts of energy; so you have to say no to some things.

5. That stuff you’re doing for a ‘hobby’?

You should probably keep doing that actually. You have to spend your energy doing fun stuff sometimes. Make sure you actually enjoy it though, and leave yourself enough energy to enjoy it. If you have to say no to other stuff for You Time you can actually use, so be it. Staring at the screen at TV (or books!) you’re not really enjoying but you’re too tired to do anything else is not ‘You Time’. That’s a sign you’re doing too much and need a break. Or a nap. Probably both.

6.Go the frick to bed.

If this is difficult, go the frick to a doctor. Who knows, you might be like me and find a nice doctor who gives you a certain blood test just in case, and then you find out you’re actually so deficient in a major vitamin you have to take stronger tablet than dying people in hospitals take.

I feel much better now.

And also, rest is not just sleep. You have to have downtime too. Take things slower. If you die tomorrow, you won’t really give a toss whether or not you did the washing or beat your colleagues’ sales score.

Learn to not do things. It’s more difficult than you’d expect. Go for walks. Read stuff. Colour in. Whatever appeals to you, and makes you park your arse for a few minutes to an hour.

7.Learn why you are angry.

And it’s probably not the reason you think. Anger is never irrational – when you feel yourself exploding over something minor, really think about the reason. Are you just stressed? Or is there something in your past that you never dealt with? Is that silly comment you just blew up about really just the last straw on a bad day, or did it actually trigger or upset you in a specific way? Does the person remind you of someone else, or are you just learning to stand up for yourself?

If you’re struggling with anything, I always recommend keeping a journal. The specific format I recommend is detailed in The Artist’s Way: A Course in Discovering and Recovering Your Creative Self, but it has benefits for anyone who is not a creator as well. The format is Morning Pages – three pages of long hand stream of consciousness first thing in the morning. If you don’t know why you’re upset or struggling, these Morning Pages will soon tell you. In excruciating, teenage poetry like detail. If you’re looking for a sign, you probably just aren’t listening to yourself.

8.Learn how to deal with your anger

Your anger isn’t irrational, but sometimes your actions are. Some people bottle up their anger and then lose their temper over something silly because they didn’t raise their voice at what really mattered. Other people can’t feel an emotion without expressing it. Just because someone is irritating, doesn’t mean you have to tell them. Even though you don’t like them, doesn’t mean they need to have that screamed at them. Just because you’re going through Hell doesn’t give you the right to jump down the throat of a waitress because she got your order wrong.

There are many options to work with your anger, including therapy. Personally I find art journaling helps me keep my temper and work through issues, but I know other people find solace in sports, especially martial arts.

9.Look at your relationship with sexual matters

Whatever your previous relationships, sexual orientation or amount of desire, we all probably hold hang ups, whether they more simple or something a lot darker.

Whilst I don’t recommend poking at your darker history without the aid of a therapist, the natural energy of Mars Retrograde will bring un-dealt with shenanigans forward, especially of the sexual nature.

Any journaling or other therapy type things you already do may be well focused on this area, although if you are deeply hurting I would always recommend you take the advice of a professional.

This is also a good time to address any sort of smaller hang ups around dating, and re-establish what you are looking for in a partner – including whether you are actually interested in having one or not!

A lot of our self-worth hinges, often wrongly, on our sexual nature and behaviour, so even if you’re pretty sure you’re good, checking in with yourself on some hot topics is always a good idea.

The ideas around sex and dating can often be fraught with misogyny, and there are many wrongful attitudes around same-sex and polyamorist relationships that can be very damaging when you internalize them.

At the time of writing, Pluto, the planet of looking inwards, is also in Retrograde, so any inner looking is especially well aspected now.

10. Are you chasing the right dream?

Another way that Pluto can help during Mars Retrograde. We spend so much of our time on the minutiae of life – according to this article, we spend 208 hours on average each year just doing cleaning. It is so easy to let life pass you by, and follow the same routines as five years ago.

Are you still the same person as you were then? Do you want the same things? Did you get the things you wanted – do you still want them?

Make sure you aren’t spending precious energy chasing something you don’t want.

In conclusion, Mars Retrograde can really help you learn to say ‘no’ to things that just aren’t worth it. What did you say ‘no’ to this week?

If you’re into astrology and want to learn Moon Magic, I recommend this course by Heart of the Forest.

How to Cleanse and Dedicate a Grimoire, Book of Shadows or Other Spiritual Workbook

How to Dedicate and Cleanse a Grimoire

cleanse a grimoire

This is a tutorial for what I call a ‘working book’. As in, I write or draw or stick things in it until it is full, and that is the only criteria. It is not meant for display, or to be indexed. It is a book that you ‘show your work in’, to borrow a maths phrase, not a text book. It can be full of scribbles and crossings-out if need be.

The steps can be done in any order. It’s probably better to do this before you begin, but I did it after I had started in the book, it seems to be okay.

This is where you tell the book who it is, who it is for, and lay any protection on it. It the book is in serious need of a cleanse, I would recommend you cleanse it first.

In case you can’t read it, here’s what I put:

On the left page, there is a book curse. There is a long history of this things,  they are curses written in books that affects anyone who mistreats it.

Mine was a bit fly-by-night, and reads:

‘Steal this book or hurt its pages,

Feel a pain in your chest for ages.’

On the facing page, it has the title ‘Druid and Spirit Studies’, the date I started. The two things I have yet to include are: the finish date, and my name. I will be using my birth name for this book, and I didn’t want it on the Internet. (For no legal reason, it’s just the same name as someone famous.)

I have rested tools symbolic of those I plan to use in it: a pencil and a rubber. I have also placed a small amethyst, part of a bay leaf, an unknown stone but it wanted to go there (it looks like the night sky would if the stars were gold) and a piece of what I think is flint. The shape reminds me of a flint tool, so I have kept it for that reason.

What Notebook Should You Use?

Anything you’ve already got should be fine, provided it’s empty of course. If you want something special, what about one of these?
